David Kreutz
David Kreutz of Satsuki Bonsai-en in St Louis has completed formal study of satsuki bonsai with Tatemori Gondo when Gondo-san taught at El Dorado Bonsai School in CA in the 1990s. Mr. Kreutz was taught the Japanese way of styling, cultivating, and maintaining healthy Satsuki azalea bonsai. He graduated the three year program to become a certified satsuki bonsai instructor.
Mr. Kreutz runs Satsuki Bonsai-en where he grows and imports many varieties of Satsuki bonsai and supplies. Much of his stock comes directly from nurseries in Japan. He conducts workshops both at his home and at various locations around the country and you can also find him as a vendor at many of the major bonsai shows. In 2018 we will be a presenter and workshop artist.
